Striping FAQs

Find quick answers to common questions about striping, ADA compliance, re-striping schedules, and custom markings across the Tri-State area, so you can plan your project with confidence and clarity.

General & Scheduling

We primarily serve commercial and institutional clients across the Greater Cincinnati Tri-State area, including Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana. For larger projects, we’re happy to discuss travel outside this core region.

Yes. We provide free, no-obligation estimates. Share your address, a site plan (if available), and a few photos, and we’ll put together clear pricing and options for you.

Most of our work is for full lots or larger commercial projects, but we’re always happy to review smaller jobs. If a project is below our standard minimum, we’ll let you know right away and may be able to combine it with nearby work.

Weather & Technical Specs

We stripe down to 20°F using specialized paints designed for cold-weather application. Below that, cure time and adhesion can be compromised, so we’ll recommend rescheduling.

In most conditions, the paint is dry to the touch within minutes. To protect the finish and keep lines crisp, we recommend keeping traffic off the area for 30–60 minutes after striping.

We use high-output dry-prep blowers instead of traditional power washing in most cases. This removes dust, gravel, and loose debris without adding moisture that could interfere with adhesion. For heavy oil or built-up grime, we may recommend additional cleaning steps.

Compliance & Safety

Yes. We follow current ADA guidelines for stall widths, access aisles, signage, and ramps. If you share your existing layout, we can flag potential issues and suggest updates to bring your lot into compliance.

We regularly work at schools, distribution centers, medical facilities, and secure campuses. Our crew can comply with badge requirements, escorts, background checks, and off-hours access procedures as needed.

Sports & Custom Work

Yes. We can lay out new pickleball lines over existing tennis courts, remove or mask old markings where appropriate, and coordinate with your surfacing contractor if any color coating is being updated.
